Privacy policy
Last updated 22 September 2026
This website collects nothing about you. No cookies, no analytics, no forms. The only way we receive your personal data is if you email us or book a call through Cal.com, and then we use it to reply and for nothing else.
1.Who we are
This policy covers keenanalytics.net and the ways you can contact us from it. The data controller is:
- Keen Analytics
- Lebanon
- info@keenanalytics.net
Questions about this policy or about your data go to info@keenanalytics.net.
2.Visiting the site
The site itself collects nothing about you. There are no accounts, no forms, no analytics, no advertising, no cookies and no third-party scripts. Fonts, images and video are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not contact anyone else.
Like every website, ours is delivered by a hosting provider, in our case Cloudflare, Inc., whose servers keep standard access logs: the IP address a request came from, the page requested, the time, and the browser type. Cloudflare uses these to keep the service running and to detect abuse, under its own privacy policy, and deletes them on its own schedule. We do not use them to identify visitors.
3.Emailing us
If you email info@keenanalytics.net we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use this to reply to you and for nothing else.
Email is stored with our email provider for as long as the conversation, and any work that follows from it, is live. We delete it when it is no longer needed, unless a legal or accounting obligation requires us to keep it.
4.Booking a call
The “Book a call” button takes you to a scheduling page run by Cal.com, Inc. in a new tab. Cal.com asks for your name, your email address and a time, and may ask for notes. Cal.com processes that information under its own privacy policy and sends us the booking details so we can hold the call.
We chose a link rather than an embedded scheduler so that Cal.com sets no cookies and loads no scripts on our site. Nothing about you leaves keenanalytics.net until you choose to open that page.
5.Working with us
If you become a client, the personal data involved in that work is governed by the written agreement we sign together, including any confidentiality and data-processing terms in it. That agreement takes precedence over this page for anything it covers.
6.Why we process your data
We only process personal data where one of these applies:
- You asked us to: you sent a message or booked a call, and we need your details to answer.
- We are taking steps toward a contract with you, at your request.
- We have a legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available, which is what hosting logs are for.
- The law requires us to keep a record.
We never sell personal data, never share it for advertising, and never use it to profile you.
8.How long we keep it
- Hosting logs: on Cloudflare’s default schedule, then deleted.
- Emails and booking details: for the life of the conversation and any engagement that follows, then deleted unless we must keep them.
- Contracts, invoices and related correspondence: for as long as Lebanese commercial and tax law requires.
9.Your rights
Under Lebanon’s Law No. 81 of 2018 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data, and where it applies to you, the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- delete it;
- stop processing it, or limit how we process it;
- withdraw consent you gave earlier.
Write to info@keenanalytics.net and we will answer within thirty days. If you think we have handled your data unlawfully you can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
10.Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. We hold as little personal data as possible, and access to what we do hold is limited to the three co-founders.
11.Children
The site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen. If you think a child has sent us personal data, email us and we will delete it.
12.Links to other sites
The site links to LinkedIn profiles and to Cal.com. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control. A link is not an endorsement of how they handle data.
13.Changes to this policy
If we start collecting anything new, for example by adding analytics or a contact form, we will update this page first and change the date at the top. Where the law requires consent for the new processing, we will ask for it before it starts.
